This is my favorite clump of trees! I am not sure what draws me to this point but it must run in my family because my Dad told me after I brought this to his house that this was his favorite as well. So much so he wants his ashes spread here when that time comes. This, is resilience and rest with a sprinkle of serenity!
The Field Study Collection is a series I started to help get more original art on people's walls without a premium studio price tag. I paint most of these pieces live on location to capture the feeling and energy of a place. Sometimes they even serve as the direct inspiration for my larger studio works.
